Drawing on years of experience in R&D and production of vertical-axis wind turbines, we have made comprehensive improvements to various components of our turbines, with the following key enhancements:
1. Increased thickness of internal magnets and number of coil turns to strengthen magnetic field cutting intensity, lower the output voltage of the generator, enable power generation at lower wind speeds, and boost generator power.
2. Thickened internal reinforcing ribs of the blades to enhance their tensile strength.
3. Extended the external blade clamps by 20mm to improve the overall mechanical performance of the generator connection components and enhance safety and reliability.
4. Adjusted certain generator parameters through multiple vehicle-mounted tests to achieve better compatibility with controllers from different manufacturers, significantly improving the effective utilization rate of the wind turbines.
5. Added puttying process to the generator housing to enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
Our company has obtained the stringent ISO9001:2009 Quality Management System Certification, national product quality supervision and inspection certification, and the EU CE Certification. We hold 2 national invention patents, 4 utility model patents and 2 design patents.
