Generator Body
Features high-grade Neodymium Iron Boron permanent magnets, each tested for magnetic flux by authorized institutions. Engineered for low starting torque while maintaining high generating efficiency through optimized internal structure.
Blade Specifications
Streamline shape with 3 reinforced fiber plastic blades. Manufactured using unidirectional fiber fabric and epoxy resin molds with inner foam core construction. Designed for low noise operation, excellent balance, and superior fatigue resistance.
Wheel Hub & Connectors
Precision-made steel wheel hub connects blades to generator. Blades connectors constructed from Q235 plate with anti-corrosion surface treatment for durable performance.
Tower Options
Available in Q235 guy wire tower with anti-corrosion painting or free stand tower with hot dip galvanized plastic spraying for various installation requirements.
Off-grid Controller
Wind-solar hybrid controller which rectifies AC current generated by wind generator into DC current and charges the battery bank. Unload function activates when strong wind produces excess current. The controller brakes when batteries reach full capacity (125% voltage) and resumes charging when voltage reduces to 108%. Includes manual brake button for emergency stops.
Off-grid Inverter
Pure sine wave output capable of driving any household appliances. Features integrated circuit design with minimal wiring connections. Utilizes microprocessor technology for enhanced system integration. Includes comprehensive protection systems with high efficiency transformer design and LCD operation status display.
