Project Scale: 30 sets of 5kW vertical axis wind turbines + solar complementary system
Background: A small tourist island faced frequent power outages and high diesel generator costs, and needed an eco-friendly power solution that would not damage the island’s natural scenery.
Customization & Implementation: We combined wind turbines with solar panels to form a complementary power system; used corrosion-resistant marine-grade materials and modular installation to adapt to the island’s salty and humid environment.
Outcome: The system meets 100% of the island’s daily power demand for tourist facilities and resident life, reducing diesel consumption by 120 tons per year and eliminating exhaust emissions. It has been praised by local environmental protection departments.
